It was unbelievable to see that we were out within 12 minutes from our scheduled time of 9 am after completing our Bio metrics with normal procedure.We both being senior citizens were really happy about this experience, Received our Visa's within 25 days. I am absolutely furious about my recent visa-appointment experience with VFS. The staff were unapologetic, unprofessional, and shockingly inconsiderate. Despite arriving on time for a family appointment -- with a 2-year-old child -- we were deliberately made to wait for over seven hours. They aggressively push people to pay for their so-called "special" or "premium" appointments, even if someone is late by just a single minute. The way they treat applicants is completely unacceptable. They behave as if they are official embassy representatives, yet even UK Border Control has shown us far more understanding and basic human decency simply because we had a baby. The service was absolutely pathetic. It's honestly a mystery how they are still allowed to operate with such disregard for people.

Shady business tactics to fool customers into taking Premium Lounge Services. They sold the service of two way passport courier and charged my parents for premium lounge. Be aware and ask questions, every question is a upsell and a commission for staff.

Visited for my Canada ICT Work Permit Biometric. The entire process was very smooth and disciplined. This how the process is. Once you give your medical test and submit your work permit. You will get request for biometric via email. This biometric request in form of pdf attachment you need to upload on VFS site. Once you upload the pdf and enter the details you will get the appointment via email and text message. Print out the confirmation email, Passport, Consent form Biometric request letter These are the docs which are required at the VFS VAC. They will ask for the biometric request letter and confirmation email and your passport at the entrance gate. Once they verify all these docs they will ask you to proceed and check the body temperature and sanitise hands. Then they will ask you to wait and give the information about standard procedure or premium processing options. I selected the standard one since I don't have any hurry. Then they will provide you token and ask you to wait for the number. The screen will pop-up your token number and announce the counter number. Then the first counter will ask your basic details like email name date of birth and purpose of travel. They will fill in this details in their portal and ask you to wait for the actual biometric process. Then after 5-10 mins of waiting the screen will again pop-up the token number along with the biometric counter number. Then at biometric counter they will verify the details with name date of birth and ask you to sanitise hands and ask you to show the hands in the camera just to make sure we are not doing anything fraud and after that they will ask us to do the finger prints. After finger prints they will ask to remove the specs and take the photo. After this they will print out the receipt and stick barcode sticker on the passport. I did not received Canadian Sim Card though. That's it ! The biometric procedure is done. The entire process took around 30-40 mins. The staff was very helpful and the process was very organised. Absolutely nobody's willing to help you in any which ways here, everything is extremely costly, just tryna make money in all the ways possible here, a printout is costing 30 INR PER PAGE as if they are using a golden paper or gold plated words are engraved on the paper, sharing the list in the photos, do check them before going to this place or if possible just cancel the appointment here try for some other VFS global location, not even a single person to contact and get an update on visa status, nothing definitely not at all of anyone's use trust me on that. Everyone is making a fool out of you over here, authorities must do something about this thing going on here.

Beware of their tactics to push for premium service! Clearly ask for only courier/sms service at the end of needed.

Important Tips: Avoid carrying electronic items if you're alone -- locker charges are 200 per hour per item. Document printing costs 150 (up to 5 pages).
