We did house registration. You can come early around 9. 30 am along with the lawyer and keep your paper printed. Document needed 1. Aadhar 2. Pan 3. Passport size photo You need to bring one witness and there are few signatures needed. Left thumb impression and photo will also be clicked. Bike and car parking to be on the road. There is a facility of photocopy.

It was time consuming. It was max 15 mins job but took my whole day. Not sure if agent didn't planned the timing properly. For half of the time server was down. VIP people were given preference over common, senior people. I suggest every one should be treated equally except the senior citizens and ladies.

Pls make some sitting place for people who wait for hours. Atleast provide good basic requirements. Toilet, drinking water, sitting, parking are very essential requirements. At least they should make some changes for senior citizens.

First time giving a bad review. If you are not paid up with the people at this office or you do not know them, then please DO NOT go to this office for any registration work. Go to some other Sub Registrar's office where the conduct is more professional. Of course I am writing this with a lot of bias and prejudice after they made me and my 70 years old mother wait for almost 3 hours all the while taking utmost pleasure in dismissing our applications over trivial reasons. Simultaneously entertaining other people whom they knew. Waste of time - go to another Sub Registrar office(there are plenty in Pune) where hopefully you will not be disappointed.

This is an extension office in a shop in Kakade commercial plaza on Karvenagar - Warje Road. Waiting time is tooo long and you should plan for entire day for the agreement formalities to be completed. Most of the times their servers are down. One important thing there is no washroom here.

It is a Government Office where Documents pertaining to transfer of all types of non-movable properties is mentained. Enough parking space has been provided. The multistoried building in which this office is established, has a few more various Govt. Offices incluting FDA.

The work is smooth and swift. You just need to have patience to stand due to lack of sitting capacity. Also, no precautions are taken by general public during the process.

Very small office. Overcrowded. Badly managed, limited sitting space, no drinking water facility. Parking is not available.Took almost whole day for registration. Nobody has or given information how much time will take to complete the process.
