Extremely Poor and Unprofessional Service! My overall experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The service is painfully slow and absolutely unorganized. They make customers wait for months without any proper updates or responses, despite repeated calls and messages. I personally visited the place 4 times, yet there was no clarity or effort to resolve the issue. The staff appears lazy and indifferent, wasting both time and energy of their clients. Instead of accepting responsibility, they conveniently shift the blame onto customers to cover up their own mistakes done by the so called Owner Mr Shubham .Due to their lack of professionalism and greed for money, a simple job that should have taken three weeks has been delayed for over 2.5 months. Mr. Shubham seems completely unaware of the problems clients are facing and shows no willingness to take accountability. His attitude is dismissive and disrespectful. The receptionist is equally rude and unprofessional, which further reflects the poor management and complete lack of customer care in this establishment.

Pathetic Service! They are very slow and unprofessional at the same time. None of the Staff is trained to address the issue or provide any solution too. even after multiple follow-ups no one responds. if your quite interested to waste your time and energy do visit them as they are experts in it. Pls look out for other options there are better rather best ones out there.

It was a nice experience when the job is done very easily. There was a little elongated waiting time while I went with my kid for enrolment of his Aadhaar. Almost 2-3 hrs wasted there. But at the end, in just 2 days, the e-aadhaar was generated. Good service.

Today we visited for enrollment of Kids Aadhar card. Within 10min everything is done. Service is very fast. You must visit between 2-4pm so their will be very less crowd. Surely will recommend in future as well.
