Very disappointed with this service center. This center has a complete money-looting mindset. After I called them after seeing google review, they asked me to visit the center saying they would update Aadhaar card details using passport as a valid document. However, when we reached the center, the head person there suddenly said that a passport is not accepted. Instead, they offered to update Aadhaar details only if I paid 2000 and shockingly, they said no documents were even required. This is highly unprofessional and suspicious. They are misleading people just to extract money. I strongly advise others to be careful before visiting this center.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Aadhaar Service Centre. We visited for new Adhar card for our one-and-a-half-month-old baby. On Monday, we were given a token and asked to come at 4:00 PM. However, around 2-3 PM, we received a call informing us that their machine was not working and we were asked to come the next day. The following day, there was no communication from their side. When we called them, we were again told that either the site or the machine was not working. On the third day as well, there was no proactive call from the centre. Only after I contacted them again, we were asked to visit. When we finally visited today, they claimed that they had tried to call us and that we did not respond, which is incorrect--there is no missed call or call record from their side. Despite all this, we have now been waiting here for over an hour for our turn. Overall, the experience reflects very poor management and lack of proper communication. Such repeated inconvenience is especially difficult when visiting with an infant. The service centre seriously needs to improve its coordination, transparency, and respect for customers time.
