Worst experience!!! I would not recommend this agency at all by giving following reasons 1) Staff does not have knowledge of the documentation part. It is very much important when you are handling government work. 2) They will take charges from you still there is huge queue and you have to wait for the couple of hours. First of all staff don't have knowledge of documentation. I was urgently looking for surname change on Aadhar card. I went there for the correction of surname on aadhar card of my son. Initially they have said the his biometric needs to update, at the time I have shown the document for changing the surname (i.e birth certificate) however they have not said anything. First time for biometric change I have paid the charges. After 2 weeks when the biometrics got updated and I again went there to change the surname and shown the document that time staff said the name will be updated as per birth certificate. In the birth certificate father name was not added and in incorrect aadhar card father name was added. Now I need to update his birth certificate to change the name. If it was communicated by the staff on the first visit then it could have same time. Then i went to change the birth certificate. It took another week to get update the birth certificate. After changing the birth certificate, I again went to update his surname. This time they have again taken the charges. After 2 weeks when I have checked my son's updated aadhar card, it was showing name is corrected but they have changed his address which was never asked. Now again I need to go for the updation process. The entire process is going on since 2 months. When i have contacted them, they are not ready to accept the mistakes and helping to change the address what was prior. Now they are replying to contact them.

The staff was polite cooperative and guided me properly throughout the Aadhaar process My work was completed smoothly without unnecessary delay and all my questions were answered clearly The centre was well organized and maintained good hygiene.
