Post Office

Bad staff booking with incorrect address and when request for cancel the booking refused it.

This office provides terrible service. They've failed to deliver my order to one address before which i had already paid before, and now it has happened again with another important consignment. Their service is pathetic, they don't even call if they can't find the address. Good luck if your consignment ends up with them, you might never see it delivered.

Experienced extremely poor service with Indian Post. Phone calls go unanswered, and attempting to visit the IAF Post office to collect parcel and hindered by strict access restrictions imposed by army personnel. The decision to house the Indian Post office within an Air Force station seems illogical and inconvenient.

Worst post office and worst behaviour from air force towards civillians. My parcel was with them for 5 days laying in office but they kept saying they are unable to trace the parcel. I myself tracked it through two separate means where it was showing its location as air force post office. After multiple requests and combine efforts from me and my wife, I finally manage to get the parcel. I won't use 411032 ever now.

Parcels don't get delivered. And They update the vendor stating security refused. Please provide proof for security rejection . These are paid parcels that are not delivered and cost us extra because of such acts.

The half discrimination is done on gate itself saying civilians not allowed. I had my important documents been delivered for my interview process and so what now I lost my job. Then comes the post office official not picking up the call to resolve the issue what's the point of having a number if no answer is to be given. If there is so much issue with the post office and half saying that service is worst why no action is been taken and why service is not improved. If civilian are the issue shift the post office outside the residents area. I know there will be no action taken even after this review because No tendency in India ( government facility) to be strict they work on a motto which is - Chalta hai chalne do. Very bad experience Iaf post office please improve.

Inconsiderate and insensitive, my parcel is in their possession since past 5 days nither did they deliver not cared to accept my phone calls, I wonder how should people depend on such worthless bums for emergency items like medicine. No responsible tax payer should have to go through such an experience. Is office ke log Haram ka khate hai Halal ka nahi.

I went to this post office and they said you can only collect parcels from it not post it. What sort of post office is this?
