I have been using the Mumbai Airport-Pune shared car service for a long time. Unfortunately, getting a seat in a shared car from Mumbai Airport--especially at night--has always been hit or miss. If you're lucky, you might get a seat within an hour; otherwise, you may end up waiting for more than two hours. During this time, you are forced to keep chasing the in-charge person at the airport, whose priority clearly seems to be chartered customers rather than shared bookings. I understand there are genuine challenges such as flight landing times affecting booked slots and the need to group passengers from nearby areas. However, there have been several occasions when no taxi was available at all, which is unacceptable despite having a confirmed booking. That said, I have never faced any timing or availability issues with the Pune to Mumbai Airport service--it has always been smooth and reliable. What is even more concerning is the company's response to negative reviews. The replies consistently place the blame on customers, which comes across as dismissive and unprofessional. It gives the impression that the company is unwilling to improve or address micromanagement and operational issues.

I recently booked a trip with KK Travels for my grandparents, who were travelling after a very long time. Naturally, I was quite worried about their comfort and safety. But all my concerns disappeared thanks to our driver, Aslam Mulani. He was extremely understanding, patient and cooperative throughout the journey. He took as many stops as they needed, never rushed them even for a moment, and ensured the entire ride was smooth and comfortable. My grandparents felt very cared for, and that truly meant a lot to us. Thank you, KK Travels, and a special thank you to Aslam for making this experience so pleasant. Highly recommended!

I had a booking for an airport pickup at 4am on 5-Nov-25. However, I was not provided with the pickup until 4:45am. The response of Azhar & Pravin was very cold too. I book KK to save on time. However, my purpose is not being served. This has been happening consistently since last 2 years. This is not acceptable and i wll have to think twice before booking with KK Travels again. Used this as a share can several times, but lately the service is shifted from being Bad to Worse! They have started clubbing 2 time slots according to their convenience! And you get delayed. They don't even bother to inform u about the change. I called them 5+ times post 5am, then the driver told me this in nth call, that he shall pick me up at 6 instead of 5, and has another 2 pickups, so due to traffic I'll be effectively more than 1.5 hrs delayed

Norways they allow 4 passengers in a car although they promise they will not allow more than 3 passengers. The staff at the airport are not humble to give good experience to the passengers. I got down from the car because of uncomfort in the car loaded with 4 passengers . They didn't anccomodate me in other car. Overall those good service experience of KK travels are gone in the history.

1 Star - Worst, Fraud & Harassing Travel Company! KK Travels = Worst Travel Experience Ever! This company is a complete scam and disgrace in the name of "professional travel." After a 2-day long journey from Germany, I booked a KK Travels sharing cab from Mumbai International Airport to Katraj. We had just started when the driver suddenly informed us that we need to wait 2 HOURS for co-passengers from Chikhli! This was informed after 1 hour of travel at MIDNIGHT, when we were already stuck -- a clear act of blackmail and mental harassment. One lady co-passenger was also traveling with us, and the driver was continuously on call with their useless management team. Even the driver complained to the Mumbai Airport Office that both drops were completely inconvenient, but those shameless people still forced him to continue and said they'll "arrange some cab on route" -- which is illegal, unsafe, and unprofessional. This exact same incident happened with me TWICE! And while stopping for tea, other passengers also said they faced the same nonsense from KK Travels. Clearly, this is their regular scam pattern. KK Travels is harassing passengers, breaking RTO rules, and treating customers like garbage. Never book with KK Travels - they are cheaters, liars, and completely untrustworthy. AVOID KK TRAVELS AT ANY COST!

Excellent service including the drivers-always very helpful. Never had any issues. Definitely will be using very soon and thank you for taking care of us! Keep up the good work! Just one suggestion, please come with a board with our names, it was slightly confusing to find the right driver, but he found us very quickly.

I called 4 different numbers to book a cab ... everytime i was directed to different number. Last number called to Mumbai office, operator spoke rudely and did not care if I did not book from KK travels. Seems customer service isnt a priority here !!
