Worst employees they don't even deliver the parcels they get

The postman sitting inside this dighi office are not professional, they are completely busy with their personal house works. My parcel/courier was showing delivered status and I have not received it. Also, after 6 days of non delivery I went to the post office their people were not interested to address the query they mentioned it was delivered even they were not ready to check at their end like which postman delivered it and the signature of the person who received it. They asked me to come again next day to post office to check further process. No customer care number . Pathetic government services. By having the government jobs these people thinks they are the government. No customer support no helping nature. Really pathetic service. Attached the latest contact details of the postman contacts but they will not receive your call for sure.

I've never had a bad experience with IndiaPost Dighi Camp. I've received international parcels twice and domestic multiple times and not a single issue whatsoever. Usually posting/courier services get low ratings because the only people that review are the ones who did not have a good experience, but I can safely say that I've always recieved standard service and have no complains!

The post office service has been extremely disappointing. They consistently fail to answer phone calls, leaving customers unable to get updates or clarify important concerns. Moreover, there is no effort to proactively inform recipients about the arrival of their packages, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. The lack of communication and responsiveness reflects poor management and customer care, leading to an overall negative experience.

Absolutely Pathetic Service by Dighi Post Office Postman!!. This postman is the worst I've ever encountered. Not only is he completely incompetent, but he's also lazy, rude, and arrogant beyond belief. This man has made it a habit of not delivering posts and falsely marking them as "Delivered." It's not an occasional mistake -- it's regular and deliberate. And when we try to contact him for an explanation, he doesn't even have the decency to talk politely. Instead, he starts shouting, getting aggressive like we've done something wrong by asking about our own posts! He behaves as if he's doing us a favor by simply doing his job -- newsflash: he's not. This guy is a disgrace to the Indian postal system. If he can't do his job honestly and respectfully, he should resign or be fired immediately. Why should citizens suffer because of one man's laziness and ego? India Post seriously needs to look into this. Enough is enough. If you're in the Dighi area, don't expect your post to arrive on time -- or at all -- if it's in his hands.

The delivery guy Bajirao sent my parcel to some random shop at some other location. How stupid or dumb can someone be to do something this stupid. They have taken their jobs for granted and should be laid off replacing them with people who are looking for one and will work efficiently and genuinely.

Worse postman here returned my Urgent documents to sender again without single attempts.
