I had a terrible experience with Apex Visa. They took 5000 AED from me, made fake promises, and failed to deliver any proper follow-up after receiving the payment. Despite repeated attempts and running behind them for months, there was no progress. When I asked for a refund, they kept delaying and now claim that refunds are not possible as per their contract. Their approach is highly unprofessional and manipulative--brainwashing clients to get money and then abandoning them. I strongly advise against choosing Apex Visa. They are scammers and cheaters.

Poor Service, they will chase you until their is fees is received, post which won't care a damn to get back, also have no idea of immigration law, will end up wasting your time and money, not recommended. I lost my chance of getting a PR because of them, also there is a lot of turn over of employee in their firm so no one will know your case very well.

Extremely Disappointed - Worst Immigration Service Ever I strongly advise against using Apex Visas. This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I've ever had with a service provider. Their communication is absolutely pathetic. Agents keep changing without notice, and once they receive the payment, they completely disappear. There is zero accountability. You have to follow up endlessly, and even then, they ignore you or give false promises. Agents like Karuna Shruti are careless, misinformed, and unresponsive. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received wrong information and no resolution. It's shocking how such a person is allowed to handle client cases. VP, who was once somewhat helpful, is now entirely unresponsive and seems to have no interest in helping clients at all. The team doesn't care once they have your money, and they make it extremely difficult to switch or escalate cases. They put the entire burden of documentation on the client while pretending to be a professional consultancy. All they do is call you to ask for documents--they offer no guidance, no clarity, and no accountability. Worse, they repeatedly ask for more money for minor changes, exploiting clients at every step. Their only consistency is in demanding payments. Apex Visa is disorganized, untrustworthy, and lacks even basic professionalism. Avoid this company at all costs.

I got my UK business visa processed from Apex Visa. Shruti Shinde assisted me end to end on the Visa processing including, documents needed, process details, she helped in uploading the documents and assisted on what need to be carried to Visa center.
