staff was extremely rude and not at all helpful. Instead of assisting they seemed uninterested and dismissive. Good service is the backbone of any rto office but here it was completely lacking. Definitely not what I expected and would not recommend until they improve their attitude and professionalism.

My experiences are not so good. Rto Moshi staff are not polite.i had applied through online portal for learning licence and I mailed it to approve my learning licence but no action from there side. And My friend applied through an agent his driving license had come

PCMC RTO Office (MH14). Service of this RTO office is a bit faster than other RTO Offices in MH.

It is rto office, you can make documentation of your vehicle. Very crouded at working hours then no person there.

10 o'clock appointment, the counter opened at 10:45 but as the crowd was low we got done within 10mins. So by India RTO standards, it is pretty fast The staff was polite not like what we have heard of RTOs about however not that friendly. I would say if you talk confidently and respectfully, you should not face any issues. Enquiry counter is on ground floor, based on your application type they direct you to specific counters. It is far easier than visiting RTOs 10yrs earlier. Parking is available at road side and there are water filters placed in the compound for people. Visited in rainy season, there were too many mosquitos, better wear fully covered clothes. I was worried how staff works there daily Cleanliness could be improved but public also is equally responsible for it, same situation in registrar offices, courts or any public service office .

Beware of the agents over there. In terms of RTO people, my experience was good, but I went there through an agent, who took 90% amount in advance (my biggest mistake) and made me wait for 5 months. I had to apply on my own again at Kasarwadi RTO and got my license from there. I have had worst experience of my life by connecting with this agent Ravi Madhukar Ingale of RTO moshi.
