Review for Travelvise (Mr. Venkat): I approached Mr. Venkat from Travelvise to handle my parents' U.S. visa application and paid 8,000 for the service. While he was initially responsive during the form-filling stage, I had to constantly follow up and argue to get things completed properly. When my father visited his office for document review, Mr. Venkat didn't personally assist him -- instead, someone else spent around 30 minutes helping, which I had already paid for as part of the service. Later, before the visa interview, my father went again to understand the process, but Mr. Venkat didn't even check the actual appointment date. Because of this, my parents missed their interview on October 8th. It was a collective misunderstanding, but as a consultant, he should have verified such a crucial detail. When I asked him to refile and requested a waiver of his fee, considering most of the work was already done and the mistake could have been avoided with proper attention, he refused and responded, "Please change password so I stay out. Tried to help max-n-quick but sadly find that you don't value it enough." This experience was unprofessional and disappointing. Once payment was made, there was very little accountability or genuine support. I would not recommend Travelvise or Mr. Venkat based on this experience.

Mr. Venkat and his team are simply fantastic and so genuine in their dealings. They are absolutely upfront and do not give you false promises at all very professional in their approach and completely transparent. Must recommendation for people who want visa for North America, Europe and South East Asia.

Absolutely horrendous! Both Venkat and his "boy" Swapnil were extremely lazy to get the passports done. Don't waste your money on these guys because first thing they do is give you WRONG INFORMATION about appointments available. I wanted to make my passport through Tatkal as I required it urgently but they forced me to take it through normal type saying Tatkal isn't available which was absolutely WRONG! They would never follow up nor pick your calls plus they would get angry in case you don't understand the process We have known them and made our passports with them for 20+ years but now the experience I've had right from the time of booking the appointment till now, it's the absolute worse. I had to make several trips to the passport office, spend a lot of money and go to places only because these guys NEVER give you full information about the procedure that would happen. I would've paid tatkal and got my work done if they didn't lie that tatkal service is taking equal amount of time like normal procedure. They wouldn't care - so I would strongly recommend you to do it online rather than these lethargic and bogus "professionals".

this is from while back where I had positive experience from passport renewal & booking tickets for my parents. As senior citizens I was real happy and glad that they were able to sort out stuff with Travel wise tickets and Visa for Singapore etc. Soon we travelling for another country and hopefully I can share my viewpoint again about the experience. cheers..
