Worst service ever, worst person to work with, shruti palande is scamming people at vashi location, I paid 90,800 in month of Aug for portal work seeking visa, portal cancelled the application process from their end, I was chasing for my visa with them but no one bothered to update me or answer my call or messages, now in jan 2026 when I requested for my refund, they stopped responding and on march 6th I got a email stating that I am eligible only for 25, 000, this is a scam, please do not fall under this scam, they all will be punished, you'll are getting paid by scamming people this money will not last longer.

Never hire them for any visa related services. They are good for nothing, even after hiring them as a consultant you have to do everything on your own, they don't even track your application. They don't even know additional sites from where applications can be tracked. Their case officers are not able to write content of web form by their own, I had to send them exact word to word content, they just copy pasted. So no point in hiring them. Please don't waste your money on apex visas, vashi branch atleast. Also it's way too expensive than other consultants in the market. So please don't waste your money on them.

These people are money hungry and give you false hopes. They are selling unexpected dreams to people in the name of immigration. Please don't believe them. They make it sound like if you have a profile in Express entry pool and you're eligible, you'll get PR but that's not true. They are giving unrealistic expectations. They simply care about money. There are consultants who only charge you the consultation fees only after you get your visa or PR, I would suggest you go with them instead of Apex. Because here they simply take your money no matter what your outcome is and they have a zero refund policy. Utter nonsense and gross. DO NOT GO WITH APEX!

The service and assistance provided by the team was so appropriate and helpful, I got my invitation to apply for Canada. They are very friendly and guided me very well, thank you so much guys There is no specific words with me about service bcs it is beyond expectation I can only say excellent experience with great support with full satisfaction. Apex visa doesn't keep their promises. I am chasing for my refund from last couple of years and following up with then over email and phones however there is no response. I would appreciate if they understand their company values and deliver what they say. Even tried to connect with legal team and associate say you will get a call and i'm still waiting for it.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND Apex visa to anyone. They charge money but do not give the required services. Here are the pain points 1. Not competent case officer. She initially confused our travel dates with appointment dates. We had told her to look for appointment dates ASAP so that we can travel in either October or November. She was checking for appointment slots in October. This was a blunder. Thank God we figured out in our conversations. 2. Since we were not very confident on her, we also booked the slots ourselves the moment we got to know that visa for Greece is open. Ideally this information should have come to us from Apex but we figured it out first n told APAC to book appointments which we anyways did. 3. The were errors in the application which we had to follow up twice to get it corrected. 4. They gave us the address of Pune VFS office in the email. We are in Mumbai 5. The list of documents shared in the mail were incomplete. It did not mention what was needed in detail. This can lead to your visa not being submitted Having mentioned all of this, we did not face any issue when we went because we already knew what documents were exactly needed so we ignored the document check list shared by apex. We did everything on our own And lastly, there has been no follow up whether we submitted everything or not. Or was there any issue. But apart from that, no value addition. We did everything on our own. Please do your due diligence before you take their sevices. I am sure you will take this up with your management so that customers who are doing this for the first time get service worth the fees. I will put this up on email as well .
