Very disappointed, Worst service , very rude officers. , Cancelled my appointment for 3 times every time new employee telling new corrections one after another , No coordination in between them , Asking for minute corrections which r not required , Finally went for nizamabad office , way more more better than this ,

Extremely disappointing experience at the passport office. The behavior of the staff is shockingly rude and unprofessional. My family traveled over 100 km with three small children to submit the required documents. Initially, the staff pointed out some missing documents, so my wife arranged everything they asked for and went back again--only to be told that they won't accept the documents anymore and that she needs to book a new appointment. She politely explained the difficulty of traveling such a long distance with kids, but they simply didn't care. The staff refused to listen, showed absolutely no empathy, and behaved in an extremely disrespectful manner. Instead of helping or offering a solution, they coldly told her to leave and come back with a new appointment. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in a government service center. Shameful attitude and zero support for families trying to follow the rules.

Satisfied with the work from Passport office Nanded, employees are very professional and efficient, shout out to Taofik khan Pathan, best employee they got.

Very very bad service Server always remain down I have returned 3 times because of the same problem. Don't take appointment
