I recently had an experience with the Indian Post Office that left me disappointed and frustrated. While the staff were friendly, I found the service to be slow and unreliable. My package was delayed and there was no clear communication from the staff about the reason for the delay. When I inquired about the status of my package, I received vague and unhelpful responses that did little to ease my concerns. Furthermore, I found the pricing to be quite high, especially considering the quality of the service. I feel that the Indian Post Office should offer more affordable and competitive rates to their customers. Overall, while the staff were friendly, my experience with the Indian Post Office was not a positive one. I hope that they can improve their services in the future to ensure the timely and reliable delivery of packages

There post man not delivered letter. And they also not call. My university letter they are not delivered in my home. And they returned in 3days.

Pathetic service, unfortunately I had purchased KVP from this post office and it matured after 9 years of long waiting period, when my KVP got matured i went to post office for collecting the cheque, and here the trouble started Day 1 - they said record dhundna padega kal aana ho jayega, I was ok with that so I booked train tickets for day after tomorrow to my hometown. Day 2 - I went for the closure of my account but they said server down hai aj ap wait karo, after waiting for 2 hours they said aj nai ho payega ap kal aana, here i started getting frustrated Day 3 - After waiting for again 3 hours they were telling me apna account number nai milra hai batao ham kya kare? Is this my problem ki apko customer ka data nai mil Raha, server apka down hai isme b customer ki galti?? Anyhow Day 4 - I was able to close the KVP account thank God to their server, but again I was told cheque 2 din baad milega apko, here I was very much frustrated as I had to board my train and because of their lazy behaviour I had to cancel my tickets and postponed it to next 2 days Worst service from any government body, Unfortunately I was stuck in between, office se boss ki gali khani padi vo alag

Best service for adhar update u don't have to wait in long line for you chance it takes only 10min maximum

Very Helpful and valuable Place

Why they are not helpful... Our parcel is missing and they are not responding to our call or answering...

V poor attendence. Staff is v rude and never attend d people appropriately. Even they never give proper guidence to anybody.
