Since got down by train at Pune we received and welcome by our cab driver Mr. Shubham, very handsome, polite and submissive to all situation. He has a good exposure about proper road, detailed information of sight seeing spot and extended very excellent assistance to our lady members besides me also as I am very senior. Overall we became very much satisfied with your package which was beautifully choked out. Hotel stay was also amazing, breakfast, dinner was also very tasty. Our all members have become very satisfied and felt that if we decide to go again sight seeing tour we prefer your company to checkout our tour plan. Trip Review - Overall Experience: 6/10 We just completed a 5-day trip covering Delhi, Nainital, and Mussoorie. While most of the trip was well organized and enjoyable, there were a few challenges worth mentioning -- especially for families planning a similar route. Day 1 - Delhi The hotel and sightseeing were perfect. Everything went smoothly and we really enjoyed our time in the capital. Minor Issue: We wanted to shop at Sarojini Nagar Market. The driver dropped us off, but we had to find and pay for our own return taxi as the driver had to leave for another commitment. Day 2 - Nainital Again, the hotel and food were great, and we enjoyed the serene atmosphere. Concern: We weren't allowed to drive into Mall Road, and had to take a taxi both ways which cost us 1700. Suggestion: The stay in Nainital could have been slightly shorter as there wasn't much more to explore after the main spots. Days 3, 4 & 5 - Mussoorie Positive: Everything was well planned and smooth. No complaints at all about the driver -- he was helpful, polite, and punctual. Mussoorie Hotel - Needs Serious Improvement The hotel booked for us in Mussoorie was inside Mall Road, and no taxis are allowed in this area. We had to walk 1 km with our luggage on arrival. The hotel arranged a vehicle halfway later, but we were already exhausted by then. Throughout the trip, we paid for all parking charges ourselves -- something that should ideally be covered or clarified in advance. Hotel Wild Wood - Disappointing Experience: Rooms were very small -- one room meant for 3 people didn't even have walking space. Food was cold, poorly served, and on one night, there was no chicken -- just gravy. We waited 30 minutes for a meal that was not up to standard. Room service was slow, mobile network was poor, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. Compared to other hotels on the trip, this one was far below expectations. Final Thoughts If we set aside the issues in Mussoorie -- particularly with the hotel and transportation -- the rest of the trip was nearly flawless. We thoroughly enjoyed Delhi and Nainital, and our driver was fantastic throughout. Overall Rating: 6/10 The score is mainly affected by the lack of transport convenience and poor hotel experience in Mussoorie. Personal Recommendation I do not recommend booking a hotel inside Mall Road in Mussoorie, especially for families. Transport is a big issue, and carrying luggage over long distances is extremely tiring. A better-located hotel would make a huge difference.
