Mira Road Post Office

Visited Mira Road Post Office for Aadhaar Update 1. The post office officially starts at 9:00 AM , but I reached around 8:00 AM . 2. The person at the Aadhaar counter (Mira Road station side) write names on page and issues token number. Tokens are issued only for the same day. Around 30 tokens per day. You are given a specific time slot. 3. I stayed there as my token number was 3 (some people had arrived before me ). 4. Filled out the form and submitted it along with the required documents. The Aadhaar update process was completed smoothly and quickly . 5. The person at the counter was very cooperative and efficient . Overall, a smooth and well-managed experience. Update: Aadhaar Centre will be closed from 25th Dec 2025 to 1st Jan 2026. Reopen on 2nd Jan 2026.

Worst P.O ever. The employees are so lazy, none of the queries are heard. The employees are so slow that to put even 5 parcels they tak 1.5 hours. Shame on the government service they are doing. Thedak seva app doesn't work. If you want to speed post a parcel, consider half a day spent here.

The most third class service. Rude and manner less staff. All of them are lazy. We are wasting our tax money for this kind of service. Give this also to private sector like pasport offices. Sarkaar jaago.

Even when there was staff available we had to wait for more than 1 hour just to post a single letter and had around 10 people waiting ahead of me and more than 20 waiting people behind me but still they were operating through a single counter and not more than that even after staff was available. When we approached them with a request that you should operate with more than 1 counter atleast till the crowd or waiting people get cleared but they refused and everyone had to wait.

Parking for cars is an issue Otherwise this place is smooth in operations

Very bad service. They are not bothered to deliver customers deliveries. My item is in their post office since 10th August but they are not bothered to deliver. Worst people worst service

Although placed near Mira Road East Railway station, its towards Andheri End of station. Actual Timings for Citizens for speed post, buy stamps etc is 9am to 2pm on Monday to Friday, 9am to 12 noon on Saturday. 9am-5pm mentioned is Staff timing for official work- Not for Citizens. Expect crowd and waiting.
