This is my personal experience may be that vary from others
The place was very closed and off no fresh air no sunlight everywhere darkness mosquitos toilets were also not clean,
And main thing is about the vyavasthapak of the place his name is shankar he is very rude not polite at all he thinks sadhaks are his servants whatever we order or say he gives answer in very rude manner because of that anger in us is suppressed because we can't react anything without it. Was almost treated like prisoner

I recently visited the Mahad vipassana center womens.
Good things
1) Meditation was great.. 2) Food is nice and hygiene is maintained.
Bad things
1) No cleaning in the room's and washroom.. and the main thing there is no bathroom for showering only toilet, so all women will take 1 tille and hide it then will take a shower.. 2) It is too hot in mahad and there is no AC or cooler. we did not sleep one night properly.. 3) In the washroom no hand wash sanitizer and dustbin also..
Vipassana should be towards Nature
