Jalna Head Post Office

This post office is the head postoffice of jalna city. There are 3 department 1) for post office work (like reg. Post,speed post etc) 2) for post office bank releated work . 3) for post office passport seva kendra. Staff is nice. It's not so crowded. There are chairs for setting. Parking is available inside post office campus Wheeler chair accessible at post office work area

There are only one person for Saving Accounts Opening and Having too much crowd

There is no water for visitors. No chair's or seatings arrangements for people who are coming from other city'for passport or any other work in passports seva Kendra. No parking arrangements, anyone can park your 2 wheelers at any place inside post office,no parking arrangements for 4 wheelers.if you need Xero you have to return Shivaji Maharaj corners.its request to all if you are visiting here for passport purpose please bring your all the original documents with Xerox and Also bring your allotment letter or appointment letter it's not mandatory but they collect from you and then according to that they announced your name. Please come on time not before not after because there is no seatings facility for you .

Passport seva kendra is good...reached before appointment time and they accept application wirhout asking any receipt. Cold water was available, enough space to seat around kendra.chair were made available. No need of any print of application or any appoinment receipt or any passport size photo only need aadhar card and pan card. Overall employees were ok. Good psk. Thanks to modi govt for making marathwad people's life easy with passport seva kendra near to our place and with less document only aadhar and pan card.

One of my RPAD containing legal notice was not delivered stating that shop 'door was locked' at 17.53 hrs. Dont understand this. Upon enquiry, the fact was that shop was open. Then how my document courier was undelivered. BIG SURPRISE!!!

Staff is quite supportative.

They can not hear customers quiery

The staff is more than willing to give an educative tour of their functioning. Do take a group of kids along.
