I have similar experience of this Post Office. My consignment has been marked delivered on October, 24 as per online status. I am yet to receive my consignment. I am unable to contact this P. O. They don't pick up the phone. Worst service.

Its been 5 days since it was marked delivered online and it hasnt yet delivered my post. Third class service. No item has been delivered in 5 days. Tomorrow is a holiday and I have to wait for 7th day now. Worst post office. No one likes to work there ig no body has delivered my item in 5 days after showing delivered. Pathetic.

They mark it as delivered but not delivered consignment there is no way to call them ..even post office online complaint feature does not work and if we need to escalate numbers are given no body received call on those numbers

Great performance, fast work. Thought the building is a little old the work is fast and staff is helpful as well. The speed post delivery actually works and they provide solutions like bank account as well. They also provide the facility of aadhar card updation for which you need to Tak a token at 8 AM in the morning and report back at 10 for further procedure of updation. They also have provided with the numbers of all postmen so that you can contact them According to the region where you live.

My order was showing delivered but I had to visit and collect my order in person, (thank god it was there in that chaos).They told me sir, Manpower issue for deliveries in Lodha, they will only priortise Passports and RC , rest all documents they are least bothered even if you complain online.
