This not only wastes valuable time but also adds an avoidable financial burden on citizens. 2. Infrastructure Issues The infrastructure is grossly inadequate for the volume of public dealings. Long queues, insufficient seating arrangements, lack of proper waiting areas, and outdated systems create a stressful environment. Digital facilities that could have streamlined the process--such as online appointment management, document tracking, or helpdesks--are either absent or non-functional. The heavy dependence on manual paperwork further slows down the process and increases the chances of mismanagement. 3. Citizen Experience People visiting the office face confusion, lack of transparency, and limited accessibility to reliable information. Many citizens have to rely on middlemen or agents simply because the system is too cumbersome to navigate independently. Maharashtra government's Registry office for Land registry and Marriage Registry. This is also called as NONDNI WA MUDRANK WIBHAG in Marathi. This office is behind collector office. Around this office its all sorrounded by xerox shops and notary office. All necessary forms required is easily available on these shops.

Land registration and 7/12 is done here. Waiting time is usually high (in several hours). Urgent passport photo is available outside. Photo and adhar card are mandatory required. It is called "noNdnnii v mudraaNk vibhaag aurNgaabaad" in Marathi

Rush has been increased slightly after 2 PM... So went early.. and finish your work between at morning 10 to 12... Sometimes server has been down at afternoon

The staff is very slow and do fake promises to complete there work. They took lot of time to handover to single document.

Cleanliness could have been better, otherwise service was good.
