If I could I would give 0 stars, I booked speed post(Envelop) on 30th July from Pune to Kolkata, Pune to Odisha but till 6th August it has finally reached to guess what? - N T C BUTIBORI NAGPUR!!! and no further updates since 3rd Aug, and on 6th aug I am wondering if the parcels will reach by this week or not. In 2011, 2012 I used send big parcels(saree, shirts) from Bangalore to Agartala and it would reach within 4 to 5 days at maxxxxxx.
I think India Post has done 0 improvement apart from putting some famous faces on their website.
