Head Post Office Bhandara

Pathetic place. Online appointment time starts from 9:15 am, but office open not before 10 am. Office has no provision for sitting as well as not even a fan which causes high time inconvenience during summer and sunny days. Public washroom is also not available here. Their staff will demand various kind of documents which are not even listed in passport documentation list. If you go to RPO Nagpur, they will just ask for Aadhar and maybe one other document, but in this office they will ask for Aadhar, matriculation, PAN, Marriage Certificate etc. In Aadhar too, they want two pages with verified signature which can only be done from the cafes near Bhandara bus stand. One application takes around 40+ minutes and minimum 5+ rounds at Xerox/Cafe shops. Better to go directly to RPO Nagpur instead of wasting time here.

Its pathetic experience.. better to take appointment for Nagpur branch.. they are on their will to ask any documents. Passport web portal mentioned only aadhar card and expired passport orginals while they were demanding pancard, voter id, aadhar full page not the cutted small portion.. I mean they are really not using their brain and just want to show superiority by asking unwanted documents.. waste..

Too Slow Work Here, need Improvement... There is very less seating arrangement for people most of them have to stand in a long queue very small office as it is a Head Post Office In Bhandara City it should be great infrastructure with all facilities... And work is too slow, Railway Ticket Reservation , Speed Post etc. done here Parking problem is also there...

POPSK = Post Office Passport Seva Kendra, at this place. Very helpful staff. Opens little late (10 am) than first appointment time (9.15 am).

Slow work, small parking area, small office, no sitting chairs, rude behaviour from govt staff. Timing 10am-3pm. For courier and parcel booking. Usually takes half an hour (Avg) timing for each booking.

Poor condition and no ample space for visitors to sit or stand. Parking lot is always full and entrace is encroached by thela shops.

Opens late, then talk rudely with females don't bother to answer the questions in polite way in POPSK, Passport Seva..

Typically Indian fashioned...Given timing 9 o'clock...opens at 10 o'clock and all those rituals that an Indian must follow while working... :(
