I visited their office (GNP Galaxy Ambernath) to inquire about a Kerala trip booking, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff showed no interest in attending to customers and seemed completely occupied with their own work. Most of them were constantly busy on their phones, clearly handling personal matters, while ignoring the people who walked in. Even when customers were leaving unattended, it made no difference to them. This lack of professionalism and customer care reflects very poorly on their service.

Most useless agent i have ever seen , my mother used him for visa to vietnam . He is full soo much misinformation and told her she will get three months visa when she booked the tickets the visa was only for 10 days that was still a big mess up when she went to airport she realized the visa had wrong name she lost all her money for flights and hotels when we tried to contact this guy he didn't respond as he messed up in travel dates . If you use him best of luck go to mandir and pray he is knows what he is doing and if he messed your work up don't blame him as I have warned you guys
USE HIM AT YOUR OWN RISK . I have proofs and will report him to National Consumer Helpline (NCH) other people having issues with him are also adviced to stand up for your rights and do so

Very bad experience. Booked villa in Lonavala on 5-6 July 2025. Shown Mambos Villa and given Scotch Villa saying it's same as Mambos. We paid hefty sum of Rs 30,000 for 5 BHK. When we check in the villa was worst. Ceiling leaking, Bedroom door broken ( it was seperated ) 4 geysers not working. We complained and upon confrontation owner send Carpenter, electrician and repair it which wasted our precious 3 hours and we couldn't move anywhere. They arranged Cook but the food was pathetic. Basic things like egg or chicken was also of worst quality.
Will not recommend this villa ....not at all. They take customer for granted.
Really wasted our precious time and money.

Worst experience for villa booking as they handle soam villa in lonavala
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Soam Villa. Despite booking 7-8 days in advance, our reservation was canceled just 2 days before our arrival due to 'unavoidable circumstances.' It seems likely that the host accepted a higher-paying booking, leaving us in a lurch. The host's offer of alternative, subpar accommodations and a 1000 extra compensation does not cover the inconvenience and additional costs incurred due to the advance arrangements and tickets we had booked. This cancellation reflects a disregard for basic customer service principles in the hospitality industry. As a result, we are now struggling to find suitable accommodations within our budget on our chosen dates, as most places are sold out for the weekend. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
