Post office,adhar, passport Seva kendra

The way the passport verification process is going over at Rewa and Satna POPSK is pathetic, the associates sitting in the office treat the appliacants as they worst than terrorists. They are asking for dozons of original documents, sometimes for many applicants it's not possible to produce at the time of verification due to which appointment is postponed. I also went through the same pain at Rewa and Satna POPSK, I didn't understood the concept of E-Aadhar card and must documents like Updated Bank Passbook,Voter ID card? In the passport portal in Advisory Documents section it is clearly mentioned that only one proof is required for each i.e. for Address, DOB and Non ECR/ECR. Even Aadhar Card can act as Address and DOB proof. I don't know if they are aware of recent amendments for passport process or not, this is totally not acceptable as on one hand govt is talking about digital India and on the other hand dozons of documents are required to proof the identity as if the applicants are the ISI/ISIS agents. If this all matters you POPSK Satna and also POPSK Rewa offices then it's my humble request to please treat us as Indian citizens and help govt to expedite the process not to create hurdles.

I visited POPSK Rewa today for passport verification, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The officers' behavior left much to be desired, and the office did not adhere to slot timings as promised. Instead of efficient service, I was asked to wait for an extended period. I hope that the office can address these issues and improve the overall experience for future visitors.

On 2nd April 2024, we have visited Rewa passport office for my son's passport.Though the space of office is small, but the the behavior of the current Passport Officer is excellent. He was talking with the people very politely. I wish his good health and bright future.

Worst experience ever encountered in any field of paperwork of my life. Very rude behavior of staff. Made an NECR passport and didn't ask for educational qualification proof. Sent my father file to Bhopal and now my passport is not been approved there, so now I have to travel Bhopal for its enquiry with my documents. Totally waste of time and money. Request everyone not to take appointment in Rewa, travel to Bhopal. That will be a safe option for you. Staff is very rude always keeps on shouting. Please suspend them, due to their carelessness now I have to waste my money and time.

Very pathetic and disgusting service at Rewa passport seva kendra. I applied for my father and sent him with the documents as suggested in the portal for DOB, address and Non ecr. The staff present there, may not be aware of these new guidelines or they just willingly want to make it difficult for the citizens to get their passport, by asking irrelevant documents. I myself applied for passport 3 years ago in Varanasi, the process there was really smooth and officers behavior was really nice.
