If I could rate zero I would have done that... Absolutely unprofessional employees... The officials tore my parcel and removed 250 grams cashew, 250g cardamom and 100g black pepper that I had sent to my friend in Mandla. My friend did not notice the resealed tear on the pack at the time it was delivered. Later when the pack was opened it was a mess. 3 packets I mentioned earlier were missing, other few items looked like they were stabbed by a pen or some other pointed stuff. Upon checking the exterior it was found that there were holes stuffed with papers and resealed with similar tape that I sealed it with. After days and days of reporting it on the official website there's been no action taken and even the complaint number also is missing.. Extreme case of poverty and indiscipline in this area. Kindly use private courier for sending parcels in this region.

Staff of Mandla Head post office is very helpful.

Very bad post they not attend the phone and i my tray phone for 2 days per but they not answer the phone very bad post

Along with speed post many facilities are provided here.

My experience was good. Staff is well organized.
