Very arrogant staff, my parents just had to get their passport renewed, they were ready with all the documents that were asked to bring online, but the staff made them run here and there for few photocopies, when my parents asked that please tell us in one go, they say only this and that is required. No one talks politely as well. The government should see all this and understand things from a middle class family perspective.

In my entire life, I have never felt as humiliated as I did at the Gwalior Passport Seva Kendra. It was the worst experience I've ever had. There was an elderly staff member (I don't know his name) who had no basic courtesy or sense of how to talk to people. He seemed constantly irritated by even the simplest queries. When I tried to check my photo, he shouted at me as if I were a toddler or a criminal. His understanding of basic human behavior was nonexistent. I strongly believe that such individuals should be replaced by AI as soon as possible so that society doesn't have to endure such inhumane treatment.
