Very disappointing and stressful experience. One of the staff members was extremely rude, arrogant, and highly unprofessional. Instead of assisting properly, he behaved in a threatening manner and repeatedly said things like "mai kuch nahi janta, aapko RPO jana padega," which is completely unacceptable in a public service office. He initially began my application but then asked for an annexure that is not required in my case, showing a clear lack of knowledge of the rules. What was more concerning was that he did not scan my documents, which appeared intentional and seemed aimed at forcing me to visit the Bhopal RPO unnecessarily. This caused mental stress, wasted time, and inconvenience. In contrast, another employee present there was polite, helpful, and clearly understood that the additional requirement was unnecessary. This proves that the problem is not the system, but the attitude and conduct of a specific staff member. Citizens visit such offices expecting guidance, transparency, and basic respect. Behavior like this discourages people and creates unnecessary pressure for genuine applicants. Proper training, supervision, and accountability are urgently needed to prevent such experiences in the future. If corrective action is not taken, this place risks gaining a reputation not as a facilitation center, but as a mental harassment center for the public.

Very poor experience. No security check, no one getting entries according to their sequence and appointment scheduled. The process is going on first come first serve basis. Only one lady taking care for everything. Which is taking to much time. As per my friend appointment scheduled at 2pm and lady informed will get entry at 5:30 pm or will take time.

Went there for my newborn son's passport. They don't know what annexture is required, don't have any knowledge about what docs r required if only one parent is available n other is travelling abroad. Zero cooperation as i was with baby, rude behaviour and was convincing me tht ur application will get cancelled from head office. Intentionally Uploaded my son's photograph half so tht it get cancelled. I was trying to explain y i can't submit my husband's passport bcoz he works in abroad n can't be present so he was saying tht I don't know ur form will get cancelled. That guy clearly didn't have any knowledge or details about passport service. Rude, unprofessional, not cooperative, zero knowledge, arrogant.

Nice people and supportive staff. Never felt that these guys are excusing for lunch time or server down. Prompt service at their end. Though bit crowded but manageable. Working time 10 to 5 for normal services where 10 to 4 for parcel service.

Please book your appointment from the verified website only, because there are many fake websites out there that loot money. Also, your appointment will automatically be cancelled, and you've to apply again, if you don't reach there within one hour of the appointment slot timing.
