Good place and helpful staff. It's a POPSK. First thing which someone need to know is it's not a huge passport office like Bhopal. Second. Since it's a POPSK the rules are not same as what is provided by the government on the website. The process at POPSKs is a lengthier one and it needs more forms and documents. I have visited this place in Oct 2021. There are two employees here. The gentleman was very helpful. He guided me patiently for the documents which were needed. I had enough time to go and get some additional printouts and documents from nearby photocopy shop. Try to book your schedule in Mornings so it doesn't get crowded. If it gets crowded you won't get place to sit.

Mark my word before going to passport office :-First MANDOTRY DOCUMENTS requirement 1. Appointment letter 2. E- Adhar card ( not adhar card ) 3.10th marksheet 4.passbook & current Statement 5.voter I'd ( get photo copy large zoom means full page) 6. Pan card ( get photo copy large zoom means) :- second note down 1. Same name at all documents 2. Same address at all documents 3.No spelling mistake in any documents 4. You need to click big face size passport photo maximum 3 And today I was going in passport office at 8 am but passport office open after 10 am OK and there Sahu mam is sit only in passport office and all the work for passport form fill , photocopy ,passport photo , and all documents there near by one cafe SUPER COMPUTER you can get you're work done from there and I was met there some stranger but they are feel like my friends after we start talking Patwari uncle ,and IT sister they will be giving me reference for the job and one aunty also I forget Sahu mam thankyou mam OK bye good night thank you Thank you to read my comments
