Exceptional Service at Thalassery Main Branch Post Office - A Highly Knowledgeable and Patient Employee! I recently visited the Thalassery Post Office Branch and was fortunate enough to receive outstanding assistance from one of their employees. Due to an ongoing software update, the branch was temporarily unable to provide computer-based services, resulted in very few customers. This allowed the Asst Post Master Mr Deepesh attending to me to take the time to explain everything in great detail, and I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional service I received. Mr Deepesh went above and beyond to educate me about the various types of accounts available, along with their respective benefits. He patiently explained the differences between savings accounts, recurring deposits, and other schemes as a person who have not been aware of post office accounts. His in-depth knowledge helped me understand which options would best suit my financial needs, and he answered all my questions with clarity and professionalism. What truly impressed me was his willingness to take the time to ensure I fully grasped each concept, despite the branch not being busy at the moment. His dedication to customer service was evident, and it's rare to find such personalized, patient, and knowledgeable assistance in government offices. His attitude was courteous, and he made sure I left the post office well-informed and satisfied. I highly recommend Thalassery main branch to anyone looking for reliable and transparent postal banking services. The employee's expertise and willingness to help deserve special recognition. If all government service providers were as diligent and customer-friendly as him, public service would reach new heights of excellence. I went there today for aadhar entry, It is a permanent entrolment centre for aadhar. They returned me without doing their duty. Only 5 or 6 custemeres are there. That means they are not customer friendly. Now the concept of post office are entirely changes, employees are not changed.Duties relating stamps,registration of letteres etc are doing well

Horrible service. Started savings account with the branch but ATM card was not provided even after 2 years. Very poor work arrengements. One counter is there to accept money, issue of atm cards, updation of passbook etc. Which makes customers to wait for a long time.

Rude , no sense of serving or helping customers... Guess its to be expected from Indian Government Employees. Had to approach multiple counters for query about Adhar . In the end reached the Asst Post Master , a lady with glasses. Who was out right sarcastic and did not seem interested in helping out at all. Just another reason why this all should be privatized and given to people who have the attitude and inclination towards serving the public .

Decent service and Mr. Anoop was really helpful with the speed post processes involved!

Very bad corior service i ever had. my corior was completely broken which send on speed post in 21.8.2020 very disappointed
