Situated closed to Excise office Muvattupuzha. Offers a variety of services like opening Post office savings bank account, Speed Post, Buying stamps, Aadhar updation, Parcel services and other post office services etc. There is no parking in front of post office. Customer Services is average. May have to wait sometimes.

Had the worst experience at this post office. The postmaster was very arrogant. This is a clear example of misuse of power and authority. Have been visiting this same place for the past 20-25 years for various services and never had a similar bad experience so far. All the other staff were cooperative and understanding.

I have called this place today morning to enquire about my parcel... I dont know the name of man who attended my call.. but he was so rude and arrogant. Whatever the details he can say it politely.. I think he have anger management issues.. This is worst experience I ever had with any post offices. Dear Authority, Atleast appoint someone have the basic customer service skills.

I am an entrepreneur. I have around 10 orders in every two days. Being a common person I sent my orders via indian postal service either as parcels or as speed post. The muvattupuzha post office staff refuse to take multiple number of parcels after 11.30 am. They raise their sound on customers like me. And then they say as it's a request(sounds like a command!). When we try to clarify our side as it's noon time is convenient for us to send our products, then they threaten they will send my orders on the next day only. Even if they accept the parcel they keep threatening to come before 11.30 am everyday. Otherwise they won't sent it on the same day. Also they said I'll have to go to my local post office only. Not to their office(indirectly saying they are not ready to do the work they are assigned to do for the salary they are earning). Also they said their is no importance for business people. They will take business parcels only after individual parcels are taken. Even if we were standing on a long que, those persons comes after us will get the priority and you should keep waiting all way long. Like there is no value for a person's time. As far as I know, post office is a government office and it is working on the tax paid by common people. But the staff like them says, the same common people can't use the service they pay for! What an irony!!

The Muvattupuzha Head Post office is situated adjacent to the main road near the junction to the Vazhakulam - Thodupuzha road on the North eastern side.This is very conveniently and conspicuously located and no passers by will never miss the sight of the Head Post Office.The local inhabitants are very satisfied with the services rendered by the staff working in the HPO.

Very bad. No parking facility. Speed post took 4 days to reach ernakulam. Better change the service name as "Snail Post".

Well maintained. Timings must be strictly adhered to.
