Visited the Passport Seva Kendra for a PCC after almost five years. While the place hasn't changed much, it definitely felt like the crowd has reduced. The process was quite smooth--first, you collect a token from the ground floor, then move through counters A, B, and C as per the process. There's a bit of waiting, but seating is adequate except in the token area. The staff were cordial and helpful throughout. The entire process was completed in about two hours, which was impressive. Overall, a hassle-free and well-managed experience.

One older female staff at the last counter was very rude and shouted because she couldn't find a document which was right in front of her face. Some of the other staff were also very unfriendly to older applicants who would, understandably, have trouble with the process. Maybe let them be accompanied by their family? Why is that not allowed? Appointment times were not respected at all. It look me around 2 hours to get out when it should only take a few minutes. Overcrowding, hot, And unpleasant. I suggest visiting the Calicut office for better service.

So many people visit Passport Seva Kendra Malappuram every day, but unfortunately even the most basic facilities are not available. There is no proper drinking water facility and not even enough fans inside the premises. With the crowd increasing, it becomes very uncomfortable for visitors, especially those waiting for long hours. Disorganized and time-consuming experience I am very disappointed with the service at PSK Malappuram. My appointment was scheduled for 9:15 AM, yet the process was so delayed that I only walked out at 12:15 PM. What is the point of an appointment system if we have to wait for 3 hours? The authorities should streamline the token system and increase counter efficiency to respect people's time.

Located near jubilee road , Malappuram. No space available for parking. There is a private parking space available nearby, they charge 50 rupees for car.

Section c staff all are rude behaviour helpless Worst staff & fully demanded attitude .but other staff all are gemsgood attitude

I visited the passport office today with my family. We had to wait for a very long time, and the process was difficult because different token numbers were given for my mother and my baby. It was hard to manage the waiting with family members having separate tokens.
