VFS Tasheer visa service centre for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

I had a very disappointing experience at the VFS Kochi center (visited on october 2025). The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of guiding applicants properly, they spoke harshly and showed no patience . When visiting a visa center, applicants are already under stress regarding documentation and procedures. Basic courtesy and respectful communication are the minimum expected. But here I experienced rude behavior from a staff and a person said to be the manager of vfs tasheer(staff introduced him as manager,when i requested other staff that i wanted to speak to manager).Irrespective of surrounding he behaved rudely. I think management should give training for that person from other vfs center, that how to behave respectfully to customers. After that experience i didn't went to kochi vfs office, i always preferred kozhikode , they were very polite and respectful. I hope the management reviews customer handling standards and provides better training to ensure a more respectful and supportive environment for future applicants.

Recently visited the vfs oficce. It's an good experience there with stafffs and everyone. The best part ks there is no delay for anything everything is in an pre arranged mannner. Overall voood experience

Few ridiculously rude folks who think they own the place and the people there. Where do we get this entitled behavior from? Why cant we do better?

I am very disappointed with the service I received at the Kochi Saudi VFS center. My family visit visa was already approved by Saudi Arabia MOFA, and as per MOFA guidelines the visa is valid even if the "arrival place" is mentioned as Hong Kong. There is no restriction -- the visa can be used to travel from India directly. However, at the Kochi VFS center, they rejected my documents and insisted that I apply for a new visa or make corrections. This is completely against MOFA instructions. Because of this, I brought my entire family all the way from Tenkasi to Kochi, but nothing was done. It caused a lot of stress, financial loss, and waste of time. Saudi MOFA has confirmed clearly that there is no issue with such visas, but VFS Kochi staff did not accept it. I request VFS management to please look into this matter
