VFS Global Visa Application Centre in Cochin

Fortunately, my experience with VFS Cochin was pleasant. This was my third visit, and I was treated well on all occasions. However, the disparity between Regular and Premium categories could be minimized. Even Normal applicants deserve better comfort rather than being made to wait outside. Although there were a couple of remarks in my documents, the staff verified them with higher officials and allowed me to proceed with some remarks highlighted. The two-level document screening system is quite effective. Overall, my experience was very positive. The lounge access was good, and the staff were polite and courteous throughout. VFS could consider adding a note in their checklist advising customers not to carry laptops inside. Leaving the laptop bag at the entrance causes concern, especially if there are valuables inside. Note to new users of VFS - Fees are accepted via Cash, Card, and UPI.

Opted for premium passport delivery, but was told BlueDart couldn't deliver to my address--despite me regularly receiving BlueDart parcels. Asked for pickup at VFS Kochi. No email, SMS, or updates at all. After weeks, got an automated call saying the passport would be sent back to the embassy the next day. Reached VFS by 4:05 PM (operating hours show 5 PM) and was told passport pickup is only till 4 PM--not communicated anywhere. Returned the next day and was again surprised to learn a photocopy of ID is mandatory--also never informed. Security staff were arrogant, behaving like consulate officials. When I finally reached the counter and questioned the absence of email notifications, a lady from the adjacent counter rudely said, "Tell him the date of the email". When checked, no such email existed. She then interrupted my conversation unnecessarily while attending another customer, showing complete lack of professionalism. Arrogant and untrained front-desk behaviour make this experience worse. Staff need to learn basic customer service and communication.

I had a smooth and professional experience at VFS Global Visa Application Centre in Cochin. The staff were polite, helpful, and guided me clearly through each step of the visa process. The appointment system was well organized, and the waiting time was reasonable. The office was clean and well maintained, and the overall process was systematic and efficient. I really had a bad experience with VFS global today . The staff behaviour was very rude. My appointment time was 9.30am and the security let me in by 9.39 and the staff was like you are late. How come that be my mistake? I shouted because they were about to ask the fine. But when I told them I reached there by 9.00 am and was their mistake they ve done everything for me. Otherwise if i would ve never shouted they will definitely give me the fine. They were doing everything perfectly for premium members only and made me wait for a while. I didn't feel right about that. They can be more kind and helpful.

I had an excellent experience at VFS GLOBAL Kochi. The staffs are very professional and maintain a calm atmosphere in the office, which is well-kept and organized. The service is fast and smooth. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service provided by the staff, including the security personnel. Highly recommend their services... Car parking facility not inside the compound, but just opposite to VFS office, a large pay and park facility available. It is charged 50 for car and only cash is accepted there...

I recently visited VFS Global Visa Center and overall my experience was decent. The rest room facilities inside were good and well maintained, which is really helpful for people who travel long distances. However, I noticed a major issue outside the building. Many applicants arrive early after coming by train or bus and end up waiting on the main road before the office staff arrive. Because of this, a large crowd gathers in front of the building. Additionally, several auto rickshaws wait in the same area, which creates heavy traffic congestion. It becomes very difficult for vehicles and pedestrians to move forward smoothly.

Today, I visited the Kochi Visa Office for visa-related purposes, and it was a very pleasant experience. The Malta visa officer, reception staff, and all other team members were extremely friendly, supportive, and approachable. They treated me with great professionalism and patience, which I truly appreciated. The overall process was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free. I am genuinely grateful to the entire visa office staff for their excellent service and positive attitude. Thank you for making the experience memorable and comfortable.

Had a smooth experience at VFS Kochi. The staff were efficient, and the entire biometrics process was much quicker than I expected. Everything was well-organized, and I didn't have to wait for long. I'm very happy with their service and professionalism.
