Kochi Foreign Post Office

I have sent a parcel from Oman, and it has been 4 days since the tracking shows that it has reached your office. However, there has been no further update. I have tried contacting your office several times, but unfortunately no one is answering the calls

Absolutely disgusting experience. I sent a small parcel from Australia to India with only kids' clothes and shoes for personal use. After already paying AUD 96.55 for express shipping, these people had the audacity to demand 11,000 more just to deliver it. This is nothing but daylight robbery. No proper explanation, no transparency just random charges slapped on ordinary people. Holding parcels hostage and forcing people to pay insane amounts for basic children's items is shameful and unethical. Completely incompetent system and zero accountability. I regret using this service and will never use it again. Avoid at all costs.

The Bag Opening and Scanning are done by Customs Department of India. India Post is just a mediator. The Customs Duty , Fine etc are charged by the Customs Department. No blame on India Post

Such a ridiculous experience. Emailed and called via phone multiple times. Irresponsible people. Charged 31000 rupees for sending some chocolates to my family. Such a shame.

Worst experience! I guess they have some other business by taking valuable stuffs from the parcels and selling them outside. My sister sent me some stuffs from uk and they held it there for a month and have to pay about 5k extra and afterall, one of the item was missing! No trace of that in the parcel. They just took it. And the parcel we received was also in damaged state. If there was some source to complaint these things, like we pay extra and then we dont even receive it

I have send a parcel to India from Australia and they have asked 7000 rupees to deliver it to the address. It's ridiculous how this people are asking money to get the item to be handed over as we have already paid the postal charges. It says on the website that my item is returned but no further updates. Tried to contact them via phone and it seems the number is not working. Anyone know the correct number please. Never ever use this service again. Such a shame on the service they are providing to customers.

A PARCEL FROM GERMANY TO INDIA ..... I sent a parcel through DHL of 15 kg .I paid a lot money with insurance. And now Kochin foreign post office want 8000 /- rupees to handle the parcel to my family. A huge amount of money!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked my mother to ask office for the bill .but for sure I have to pay this. I will never SEND anything anymore ................I paid more than [ 30 k ]]]]

No one picking up calls. No one updating trackers. No one doing their job well. We the consumers are here waiting for the time sensitive mails with no one to look at.
