Varthur Post Office

Good service during rc delivery they called me I said I would go pick it my self, it's comfortable for my case. Note: it's inconvenience generally.

Extremely poor service. Deliveries are very slow, even for Speed Post, for destinations in neighboring states (around 800 km). My fragile parcel arrived in bad condition despite being well packed in plastic. The most frustrating part is that your official website is often down, the contact numbers provided do not work, and the delivery agent does not pick up calls--even after entering the society gate. The sender at the source location assured us the parcel would arrive in 2 days, but it took 7 days (excluding Sunday, still 6 days!). I've heard many similar experiences from neighbors as well. Please improve your services. Value citizens' time, money, efforts, and emotions--especially for important or urgent deliveries.

My parcel Already reached to there branch ...till now i didn't receive any call msg for delivery now I seen There it's showing Return to Sender .. Really it's very very very poor service from Post office specialy this branch.... Really Desipointed....

This is with reference to my recent experience in post office. I really want to appreciate the post master M Jyothi & Gauri Devi for their promptness & pro-activeness in handling requests. I was there for checking a status of a speed post, when I found my post PO savings account balance is less than minimum amount. I was not carrying cash or card. I only had mobile. It's just post master's pro-active assistance, she made me aware of the new PO Aadhar ATM service. It was an seamless experience, I guess its a gem of a feature in this digital world. All appreciate to madam for taking out from her busy time & explaining me the same in details, how it works & its benefits. Love to see how government & post office implementing such services in digital era.

First of all I don't want to provide 1 start as well Myself Deepika from varthur it self where varthur post office is the worst post office for my adhar update from past 4 weeks I'm behind them still now not updated they are so rude and finally took a leave and went today as I used to go on Saturday they were so rude stated they are not there informed from past 1 month I'm on this same he won't I can't do anything come tomorrow can't do today I told will raise concern about it and one person thin guy and sitting in front said hogaley give complaint go such an worst employees working in post office just for the sake of government job and literally shame on Indian postal government for such type of issue going on and as I see many have had bad experience but still now none of the staff are changed same ashamed behaviour such a worst post office kindly look into issue and sort it out or else there stupid employees will ruin everything

They never deliver the parcel to my society. Thrice I had to personally recieve it from the post office and when asked for the reason, they lie that the society security guard did not accept. Submitting this complaint against them to Head post office via online grievance portal as well.

Terrible staff. I had gone to get my phone number changed for my PO account and this woman was very non co operative. She barely acknowledged me when I asked multiple times on how i could go about it. Doesn't answer queries properly, let alone very arrogant and ignorant. Please do not go to this branch for anything at all. As somebody who is a youth and still wanting to actively preserve the essence of our government services, I am really disappointed with this behaviour.

Worst post office staffs there seems not willing to work Simply central govt. Liability and wastage of money...close Vartur SO seems staffs there hate working And behavior is awful they should be given some basic class to behave properly on first place & they should give proper service to customer from whom they are taking money They have a scanner but they are asking for cash in which Era this post office is operating ...?? Staffs are not at all cooperative & liars Lacks basic etiquette When customer is pointing out there mistakes they are looking at each other and giggling...strange isn't it....!!!
