Post Office Passport Seva Kendra Tumkur is quite decent. Staff were polite and helped throughout the process. The place was clean and things moved quickly. Didn't have to wait much as they followed the time slot well. Document check was smooth, no unnecessary hassles. Overall, a good experience -- much better than expected.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that the Passport Office in Tumakuru is very small and handles a large number of applicants every day. I sincerely appreciate the lady officer at the front desk who checks the documents. She is very polite, helpful, and efficient in her work. However, I would like to express my concern regarding the delay after document verification. Even after 6 days of successful document verification, the police verification has still not been initiated. This delay is causing inconvenience and uncertainty. I kindly request you to look into this matter and take necessary steps to ensure that the police verification process is initiated at the earliest.

Small space but manageable.. convenience place compare to travel from tumkur to Bangalore seva kendra.. good staff and helpful as well

Came to renewal allmost All things are fine & well at the entrance a mdm checked and made some documents Xerox copy again because scanner watermark on it, so there is a Xerox store opp road behind Water tank,, it's Will be easy to you reach out, and after all doc's newly taken, and mdm cross-checked ok all fine wait for you number, so I have waited for around 20 to 30 mins approx At counter A1 the sir was very nice to speak and asked the information about to Cross check what's mentioned in my profile and made it clear,, he explained me that my new pp will be get within a month with smile thanks to him and the mdm she explains everything at the entrance for no issues.. as I have seen the comments on this location,, I don't think this behaviour done' to them it's very simple if your doc's are clear your work will done easily and fast...

Staffs here will give you the appointment time. Frequent power cuts. Server downs. Place is very congestive.

Classic government office move -- giving you an appointment before the place even opens! It's like they operate on a different time zone called bureaucratic o'clock.

I had a disappointing experience at the passport office due to the misbehavior and condescending attitude of one of the lady officers. Such unprofessional conduct is unacceptable in a place where individuals seek assistance with important matters. I urge the authorities to take necessary steps to ensure better customer service and proper training for their staff. am deeply disappointed by the lack of respect and empathy shown by the staff at the passport office, especially by one of the lady officers. People come here with genuine concerns and important matters, and it's disheartening to be treated with such disregard. I hope the authorities address this issue and work towards improving the behavior and professionalism of their staff.

The staff at the office have no patience to listen to customers. They don't have sufficient knowledge on passport services and it's requirements. The timing displayed on board was 9.30 am to 6 pm but the office was closed at 5.25 pm , on questioning the staff they informed that timing has been revised but administrative office has not changed the board. They are not concerned about anything. No guidance to public at all. Maybe administrative office needs to look into the matter.
