Regional Transport Office (RTO)

Worst gvt office,I'm from siddapur, I brought 2nd hand 2 wheeler in 2011, that time everything was done RC book, but they have not updated in Parivahan website, this we comes to know after when the Vehicle completed 15 year and pending for fitness. Then my father went to sirsi and given a application after waiting 3 hours , during that time they said i will take 1 week, after one we checked the status, it was not updated. I sent my friend to check the application status,they were saying we have not received any application give one more application, So again my frnd given application along with RC book & Insurance. After waiting 8 days also they have not taken any action.

Ok.It would be nice if the agent went through.

Went to RTO Sirsi office to renew my Driving License (DL). Its really very easy to update the details online and submit the documents (original) in RTO office. Process was very smooth and staff helped a lot

Very good experience.. RTO officer Mr. Naik was very helpful! He guided through the process very well.. He called up the Bangalore RTO office to get the work Done. He talked to the people at Bangalore office to clear up the issue. Thank you sir. Never seen such a kind and Professional way of getting the work done in any other RTO office. My work completed though there was some complexity.. Very kind and clear communication.. Overall nice experience..

Worst experience ever. If you don't have work then only go here.because if you go morning definitely work completed in the evening. And work done only when you went through agents.otherwise definitely work will be pending year long..money is very important.

Not up to the mark. Mostly run by agents, they don't answer if you go without an agent. Plan to spend at least 3 to 4 hours for any type of work. There is no proper test track. Needs lot of improvements just like any other government run office.

Honestly getting a licence by showing your driving skills in this RTO office's driving terrain doesn't guarantee any skills. They literally dont use no road blocks or speed bumps or anything.

Good service compared to other districts. but some time clerk departments don't give proper instructions. you have to ask multiple times and make confirmations.
