Sub Post Office Sarjapura

I had a very disappointing experience at this post office. I have never seen such poor service in my life. I went there to send a courier, but since I don't speak Kannada, I tried communicating in Hindi and English. Unfortunately, the staff members were completely unhelpful. One of them didn't understand Hindi, and another staff member who noticed the situation simply ignored me instead of assisting. This is Bangalore -- a major city -- so there should at least be someone available who can communicate in Hindi or English to help non-Kannada speakers. Overall, the service and behaviour of the staff were very poor. Looking at the number of similar negative reviews, I really hope the concerned authorities take action to improve the situation at this post office.

Very poor and irresponsible service from India Post. My post from the bank had already reached the local post office, but they never tried to deliver it to my address. When I personally went to the post office, no one gave a proper response. There was no responsible person in the office, and the staff didn't even know how to communicate properly -- they were unable to speak Kannada or Hindi. Instead of helping, they kept passing the issue from one person to another. When I said I would file a complaint, they suddenly claimed that my post was already sent back to the central office. They even gave me a postman's number, and when I called, he said he had left the job four days ago and that my post had already been returned to the bank. Such careless behavior from a government service is completely unacceptable. There should be accountability and proper communication with

Staff behaviour is very rude. Poor service Our tax money is spent to pay free salary of such Gvt. employees who do not perform their daily duties diligently due to which common ppl like us suffer and have really hard time to utilise these services. Hence privatisation is taking over everything. Concerned authorities should really look into this matter specifically when there as so many negative feedback's.

Worst experience, no attempt was made to deliver my package but still I get attempt unsuccessful messages. I went to the post office to collect but no response, had to contact the source post office and understand that it was in this PO since a week. Had to call the post man multiple times to somehow get it after a week. And the post man gives excuse saying He is very new and joined two days back. Highly dissatisfied

They simply updated the status of my passport speed post as "direst deposit - on addressee instructions" and when I went their to collect it they were redirecting me from one person to another. At the end I did not get my passport. What they said is we are not able to find it here.

Pathetic service ! Waiting from 11:20 am for almost 15 members in queue ! Only 1 attendant at counter ! 2 vehicles are parked inside waiting lounge area ! Ladies are standing with children in their arms, atleast for them they can make faster process, same applies for senior citizens also who are standing in same queue ! It's really disappointing & pathetic service by Government's Inda Post Office ! Came at 11:20 am & left at 12:40 pm ! 1 hour 20 minutes for speed post ! Kindly improve services.

one of the worst post office, full of bad attitude govt babus. They are not worried how to serve customers better but they are more concerned about their fake egos for heating their precious positions.

Wrost service, their employees say that we can't deliver your parcel you come and collect , this is not good because everyone delivers the parcel and this post office not do like this I am thinking that I will go and complain to server security, and police file also because this behaviour not acceptable, for us
