Worst customer service and the staff Ms.Vasanthi she was very rude and disrespectful look like totally unprofessional not even know how to talk with customers ...I already informed to post master regarding my matter hope he will take some further action.

Not satisfied with the service. It's been 5k days since I sent a speed post, and it still hasn't been delivered. When I checked, I was told to wait 3 working days just to get a status update. For a service labeled "speed," this is quite disappointing. Expected faster delivery.

I had the worst experience ever when I went to get aadhar created for my son. While taking the token in the morning we had informed that we would come in the afternoon. Hence they gave token number 15 and told us to come at 3 pm. When we went at 3 PM, the lady in the aadhar section behaved very rudely with us and told that we will have to wait till all the 40 tokens are done and she would start calling again from 1. Then when starting again she skipped our number intentionally and when enquired she told we should have come in the morning slot and made us and our 1 and half year son for 2 hours. Even when all were done she didn't call us and we went to her and asked to consider us. Even after that she behaved very rudely with us and our son and said that we are wasting her time. She was very unprofessional and did not have the manners to talk with public. I am never going for any aadhar related things to post office again.

This is my second and the last time in this office. 1. Online timings shows 9:30-5:30, but when I went to the office..they said they accept speedpost only till 4:30. I was relaxed because I still had 5 more minutes to 4:30. But the lady at the counter denied saying that all the goods are already dispatched. When I asked her to send it the next day she said they have pest problem in the office and can't take it. 2. Asked her about the timings next day as I went there on Friday and Saturday's most of the offices having half day. She rudely replied "Same as today" Well..! Saturday, it was open till 12:30.. 3. Went there on Tuesday and when I gave my box she asked me to write From address clearly and Big, when I asked for a pen she dint have a courtesy to say NO nicely.. She asked what I had in the box as said they wont be responsible for any breakage as they handle goods roughly during the transit and then threw my box from her table to a tray right next to her.. (demonstration) Bad experience.. They treat customers as if they are doing a favour. No talking manners. There is a partially blind guy who spoke to a lady with a baby very rudely asking her to walk out. Please guys..! If you are so frustrated with your work, please give a chance to people who are willing to do it with smile..

Adhar card service is pathetic... interaction of the adhar card staff with the customers is very bad
