I want to raise a serious concern about the postmaster responsible for distributing pensions. Whenever my grandmother goes to withdraw her pension and is even a few months late, he falsely claims that the funds have returned to the government and keeps the money for himself. Although he updates the passbook to show that the money has been debited, it ends up in his pocket. It's infuriating how these employees exploit elderly and uneducated individuals daily, profiting off the vulnerable. Additionally, they have made it impossible for people to withdraw from other branches by not updating their photos and signatures in the system. This behavior is unacceptable and its hard to understand how they can justify such actions. I urge you to take action against this post office.
