One of the worst offices ever. Corruption is everywhere from Building 10-15. Lady sitting in reception of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs (Building 15 I believe) is the most corrupt among all. She takes 200Rs for just taking out a black n white printout of Ration Card that too from govt given paper, printer and computer.

Good maintenance and parking

Most of the government offices are located in this building. If you are visiting here for any official work, it's better not to plan anything else for the day, as even simple tasks can take a long time. You may have to wait in queues anywhere between 20 minutes to 3 hours. The staff are generally punctual, and being polite can help your work move more smoothly. However, there is a lack of proper signboards, which creates confusion for visitors. Many people who are not familiar with the process keep moving around corridors and upper floors asking for guidance. I personally noticed a senior citizen waiting in the wrong queue for nearly 2 hours, only to be told later to come back the next day. Situations like this can be avoided with better guidance systems. Though the building is large and appears to be well-funded, the maintenance is quite poor. There is visible dust, spider webs, and stains on the walls. Hope the management takes steps to improve the overall experience for visitors.
