Subject: Complaint Regarding Server Downtime and Inconvenience at electronic city BDA Post office The server has reportedly been down since yesterday (17th February 2026). I stood in the queue for nearly one hour yesterday, only to be informed that the server was not working and the package could not be sent. Today again (18th February 2026), I visited the post office around 10:00 AM, and the situation remains the same. I was informed once more that the server is still down and parcels cannot be processed. This has caused significant inconvenience and loss of time. Additionally, it would be helpful if customers are informed in advance about such disruptions to avoid unnecessary waiting.

Pls don't keep any expectation from India-post else you will get traumatized. I went inside with zero brain cells. If u r earning 25k+ pm then have some dignity and go to next shop of BlueDart... This office is not for India-1* its only for labour class people that's y i'm giving 5 stars. W.R.T that its cheap and provides 10 on 10 basic postal services No washroom, No handwash, No tape, No marker, No pen, No Fevicol, No, paper, No stationery items, Sometimes No electricity, Server down etc. Better take cash. If lucky UPI will work And dear if u can read this much of english review then you are India-1* (10rs. bike parking)

Since years the service is horribly slow and pathethic. only one counter for speedpost, stamps etc. And for each person each speedpost takes atleast 5 to 10 minutes. Other counters staffs are rejoicing on their chairs in their own world. post master and staff least bothered about the people in queue. Number of times network is not working and if working then it is damn slow.

Very disappointing experience. I visited the post office at 11 AM during working hours, but the staff were resting inside the office. When I asked about Speed Post service, they initially refused and said it was not available. Even after asking multiple times, they spoke very rudely and told me to go to Blue Dart instead. Extremely unprofessional behavior and poor customer service.

The place was poorly maintained - the counters were disorganized, the surroundings were messy, and it did not feel like a professional environment. Staff were unresponsive and did not provide clear guidance, making even simple tasks frustrating. For a public service that so many residents depend on, the lack of cleanliness and customer care is unacceptable. I sincerely hope the authorities take steps to improve both the facilities and the service quality.

The service is vv bad and we should spend more than 1 hour to post a single little every day same problem.. this has been taken to branch manager but then too no use .... Hope this review reachs higher level management and resolve soon.....

Despite their listed working hours being from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, I was surprised to find the post office closed by 12:30 PM. This is incredibly frustrating for customers who rely on timely access to postal services. If the operating hours have changed, clear communication is expected. Otherwise, closing early without notice raises serious concerns about service reliability and accountability.

Located inside KSSDIC complex this one is very shabby. Not maintained at all. Parcels lying everywhere even near the front desk. Slow service as well.
