Very bad service My speed post arrived 5 days ago and it was to be delivered at a distance of 100 meters from the post office but it could not be done. And my DV could not be done.

1. India shifted to 5G but still this post office can't accept online payment. Even after money gets deducted from account it doesn't reflect in their advanced system, and you have to pay again through cash if you want your work to be done. Also the deducted money never comes back to your wallet, to receive that money you need to again visit the PO with hope that they return the money. 2. No proper signage at counters which could facilitate the users. P.S : Don't dare to ask the the Postmaster else they will clearly state that this is not their duty to tell you where your work can be done. No wonder why privatisation is much needed step in this country!!! Because it's the Government Officials who can never have a progressive attitude.

Head post office of the town. One can post parcel, documents, forms through speed post or via registered post. Staff behaviour is good except one or two. Place always crowded cause of head post office or may be other small post offices not working well

Never picked up telephone by anybody at post office. Government employee always busy. Wrong no available on this site.i m waiting for my stuff since June 2017.unable to query about my item...Still at sudna B.O.
