I seriously don't understand why they have opened and sitting in the office when they don't feel like doing any work there? Especially the lady staff is very rude and lazy. They never give you the correct information. Pathetic experience. Staff Please dont waste other's time. I appeal people not to visit there goto other centre.

They make mistakes themselves , then blame it at you, make u pay for fees & charges again, women staff is inefficient, & d shop owner is rude. I wil advise you to visit Other better places . Had a terrible experience there, they hav no regard for elderly .

Very spontaneous very fast work nice

We did visit this hotel for only sleeping in the night after late night darshan of vaishno devi mata. Checked in at 2.30am and left at 9.30am for catching our flight. But this hotel left a good impression on us. The room was booked on an online portal at really low prices and thus we had no expectation out of it. But as soon as we entered, the positives started to be visible. Location right next to the railway station however the soundproofing was immaculate, not even once did the train noise disturb us. The checkin was super quick at even 2.30am, we even got a few snacks at that hour too. The room was small but modern, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is basic but really clean and the hot water was available in the taps at 3am as well. Nice mattresses and pillows with clean bed, generally not the case with such economical hotels. Effective AC, morning wake up call, good quality breakfast buffet and super quick checkout impressed us no end. An effective VFM property, should definitely be visited at those rates.

It is also a focal point for the pilgrims going to Vaishno Devi and Kashmir valley as it is second last railway terminal in North India. All the routes leading to Kashmir, Poonch, Doda and Laddakh start from Jammu city. So throughout the year the city remains full of people from all the parts of India. Places of interest include old historic palaces like Mubarak Mandi, Purani Mandi, Rani Park, Amar Mahal, Bahu Fort, Raghunath Temple, Ranbireshwar Temple, Karbala, Peer Meetha, Old city and a number of shopping places, fun parks, etc
