I really don't know what to say tbh. The service is okay but the real problem is the policy, I ordered an phone on Amazon in exchange offer, everything was there. the phone that was meant to be exchanged, the phone through which I ordered. But at the last moment you all are telling me that I need to order the phone through the same phone I want to exchange in order to use the exchange policy. This is ridiculous! First, I was never informed of this unnecessary rule of theirs and second, your delivery man even ripped out the screen gaurd of the phone while inspected it, like are u serious and lastly, my son waited for this day with so much anticipation and was left with immense disappointment, This is unacceptable, . Amazon I am disappointed. P.S.- I need my refund ASAP!!

Delivery boy refused to deliver my item at address I given time of order it's not good you should let me know this at the time of order that we can not deliver at this address
