The HP Board is one of the worst education boards I've come across. The management is completely disorganized, careless, and unresponsive to students' concerns. Results are delayed or full of errors, rechecking is a joke, and there is no accountability for the mess they create. Students' futures are played with due to their irresponsibility. They don't communicate clearly, and updates are often late or missing. The board seriously needs a complete overhaul and more competent leadership. Extremely disappointing experience.

I have been trying to contact them through their helpline number and have also sent them an email, but there has been no response to either. I'm very disappointed with their service. I had applied for duplicate certificates for both my 10th and 12th by visiting their office in person. However, I only received the 12th marksheet via speed post. To resolve this issue, I need to call them, but if they remain unresponsive, I will have to travel 300 kilometers again.

This board sucks, i just passed my class 12th boards from this board and i suffred from many things like english exam cancellation, lesser marks in english exams and revaluation found was raised 500-1000 , and poor marking in exams .

I giving the 12th exam in 2024 year then the chekers would not check my answersheet he would not give me no and i atampet all the questions and he give me only 18 ,6,1, in whole the subject . Then i would want to the aducation secretary please give the teacher advise to check the paper seriously and if the teacher are angry with his wife don't revange your angery on the student life . Bhen ke loudo kuch to sharam kar lete bhenchodo .

Don't even know how to handle the system. Students should pay for examination ( otherwise not allowed to sit in the hall) and after doing all the hard work for the exams they receive nothing at last. All they ( govt.) do are only empty promises and play with student's feelings. And for boards all they have to follow is cbse system but release the notifications when exams are one or two months later. They don't even care how pressurized students will feel with new pattern. Teachers are always engaged with online works given by govt. and can't focus on students very well ( how can one expect good results??) Lots of improvements are needed....and they can if they want to.
