Passport Sewa Center

This is one of the worst Passport Seva Kendras I've ever experienced. The staff here is extremely rude and unprofessional. My application was rejected just because I carried a 2-year-old passport photograph, even though passport photos are always taken on the spot when applying for official ID documents in India. The staff indirectly hinted at paying extra charges (2-5k) to "get things done" or using recommendations (sifaarish). When I refused, they treated me disrespectfully and behaved as if they personally decide who is eligible for a passport. Because of their behavior, I had to re-book my appointment at another center, which cost me an additional 15,000 in flight and hotel expenses. Shame on the staff at Sirsa Passport Seva Kendra for harassing and looting citizens instead of serving them. They desperately need accountability and proper training in how to talk to people. I strongly recommend avoiding Sirsa PSK and booking your appointment at another center.

Rude behaviour of Counter A1, Demanded unnecessary doc, even after following Doc list in document guide, they dnt know how to behave with applicant
