Post office DC Office Rewari

Today I shocked when post office department denied to send the parcel after at 3 o clock by saying that km tomorrow n so many formalities to impossible on customer to make their work easy, due to these kind of things govt should do privatisation of all the department these kind of people who are sitting on department will never allow our country to progress ZERO ,ZERO ;ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO SERVICE N BEHAVIOUR

Namaskaar ! It is very unfortunate that to give feedback even though it is on totally negative side customer has to select one star at least. So first request is to Google that, there must be provision of negative stars also just for genuine and realistic status & feedback as well. Now come to the point, feedback of this Post Office is -10 Stars (minus 10). Worst service, 2 times visited in 2 days, but One day public dealing stopped after 02:00pm (No timing / schedule mentioned outside), main door closed from inside and window also closed (why so much of secrecy like anything). Second day internet not working so services not available (all services), door and window closed in same manner like one day before. Is it possible all service depending on internet. Somebody may require stamps, postal order etc. etc....??? Want to mention specially about the behavior, very rude in communication when anybody ask why door and window of office closed like this in working hours. Very bad attitude... Some specific training of behavior and public dealing need to be given to the staff those are working over there. Senior management is requested to intervene and look in to the matter, as Customer must be served with 100% Satisfaction otherwise no need of this type of Staff and Office Branch as well. I will check randomly after few days, if no improvement found then i may go to next level i.e. Written Complaint (Hard Copy) in Main Branch and then Head Office too.
