Pathetic behaviour of both the clerk sitting there for collection of documents. ill mannered staff don't know how to behave with applicants and senior citizen and the way of talking and language is very bad. Hope this review reaches to higher authorities.

Passport office location is easily accessible. The office staff is helping and sincere. People visit here for passport application documents verification, for that they have seperate waiting area.

Staff is not supportive, there first comment for all applicants was 'aapka nahi ho paega'

Supporting Staff, Easy To Locate, Well Maintained Office, with Waiting Lounge. I've Deducted Two Stars, As Facility To Enroll For SMS Services, Passport Application For Tatkal Applicants, And To Choose An Option, From Variety Of Passport Leather Covers Are Not Available With This PO PSK. Also The Shopkeepers And Police Constables/Traffic Controllers Outside Post Office, Were Not Aware Of The Fact, That Passport Seva Kendra Is Also Lying Inside The Post Office Premises.

Not too much good behavior of staff. According to instruction in appointment receipt for minor applicant only one parent will present there but they asked me to bring both there.So please any minor applicant will go with both parent.

I was nervous before going there ..but the staff is too coperative ..no ego I m rating for that staff person so down to earth and supportive he was, great , I m very happy

I had nutral experience. Because the employee were too polite but the work is mild slow here. I go there to update aadhar. But when I reach there the work is ongoing. But when my turn comes. They said this counter is full go to next. And next said in some time that now there is lunch time and come later or wait. Ad usually the govt office and bank says. This was not good about . And there no mention of lunch time and how long it will take. Please people came there in need with they didn't help indeed. How they have faith on government workings . And but they work quickly in there own work. I didn't want to say anymore about it. Thanks
