WAZIRPUR POST OFFICE

Pathetic operating procedures. This is not a proper post office, just a block office located inside a temple premise on Wazirpur main road near Pataudi road. There is no system in place at this post office. Parcels are reported as delivered without actually delivering them, you have to reach this post office in person to collect them - that too sometimes they are not in office even during working hours. As they say - yahan sab ram bharosey chalta hai. Even after reporting to higher authorities no improvement. Residents of New Gurugram have no other option.

I have been sitting here for the last half an hour. Right now the time is till 10:30, but there is no staff present here. When I inquired around, I found out that no one knows when people come here and when they go. This is the condition of a metropolis like Gurugram.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and responsibility exhibited by the Wazirpur India Post Office. My passport was stuck with them for several days, and despite waiting, no one came to deliver it. When I finally decided to visit the branch in person, I was shocked by the state of affairs.Upon arrival, I found 8-9 other people also waiting for their Aadhaar cards, passports, and other important documents, some of which had been pending for weeks, if not months. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable, especially when dealing with such critical documents.The staff seemed completely indifferent to the urgency of the situation, and the overall disorganization at the branch is appalling. This is a serious issue that needs immediate attention and improvement. Such negligence can have severe consequences for those relying on timely delivery of important documents.I sincerely hope that the concerned authorities take note of this and work towards rectifying the situation at this branch.

Very small office, minimalist equipments, good place, badly maintained . Gets the job done.

I visited twice and post office is closed even on working days after 10am. Their postman doesn't reply on calls or whatsapp. They delayed my important document more than 1.5 months and still not delivered!! Terrible experience.

I have come here, there is no time for your post office to close, your postman neither picks up the phone nor calls, my important product has arrived, how can I get it, tell me why are you sitting with the post office open, if you should not provide your service

Very small post office near a tree. It would be wise to collect your passport in person as the speed post takes forever to come. Staff was very helpful.

Worst in terms of delivery... Usually posts would be sent back to sender without delivering. You have to manually follow-up by visiting post office everytime you are expecting important mails.
